ABOUT BLUEBIRD MENTAL WELLBEING
Founded in mid-2024, Bluebird Mental Wellbeing (Bluebird) is a depression support group located in Perth, Western Australia.
Bluebird originates from - but is separate to - a a former depression support group called Bluebird Mental Health Inc, which ceased operations in early 2024.
Members of the former Bluebird group continued to meet as a group of individuals after the cessation of the former Bluebird group, and by mid 2024 agreed to found a new Bluebird group.
The new Bluebird group is seeking to establish itself as an Incorporated Association and regain funding towards Bluebird depression support groups in Perth, however Bluebird will function as an unincorporated group until an inaugural Board is established.
